Application procedure

The procedure takes 2 steps:
1. Application - You can apply validly by sending an email with Master degree and transcripts of records to one of the organizing institutes. (See contract details)
2. Enrolment - Only accepted students can enrol.

Application deadlines 2013-2014

Depending on your individual situation, one of the following deadlines applies:

1^st application deadline	for non-EEA nationals who need to apply for a visa. Applications received after this date will not be considered if you still have to apply for a visa.	31 March 2013	1 March 2013

New rules for students from China to study in Belgium!

From the academic year 2007-2008 onwards all students from the P.R. China will have to obtain a certificate of academic screening issued by the Academic Evaluation Centre (APS) of the German Embassy in Beijing before being allowed to enrol at any higher education institution, language course or other preparatory course in Flanders - Belgium. The APS certificate is also required for obtaining a student visa to Belgium. However, Chinese students who already successfully did studies (minimum 30 ECTS) in Belgium or another EU-country, are exempted from the APS - procedure. Chinese applicants are advised to contact the Academic Evaluation Centre in Beijing, e-mail : info@aps.org.cn as soon as possible in order to make the necessary appointments and this before applying for a visa.
